How do i send music from my computer to the memory card?

I have a memory card and the adapter too. I can put it in the computer but i dont know how to send the music to it. Please help? Thanks

    Right click on the file (control-right click for multiple files) and choose “send to.” Direct it to your memory card on the drop down list.

    Or, you can go to My Computer and open the memory card from there. Drag and drop or copy and paste the files into the open folder.
