Lunnar asked:

Microsoft updates take up quite a bit of memory. Is it possible to delete earlier updates and maintain only the most current?

More often than not the newer MS updates are designed so that they do not take much memory. Once new updates are installed old updates no longer use memory.

I would generally not recommend it, simply because most microsoft updates build upon other microsoft updates (they won’t work unless the previous updates are already installed).
