    Disable Mcafee, download FreeAVG and run the program. It will remove much more than McAfee. It is not your memory that is infected it is the hard drive. If it were just the memory all you would have to do is reboot the computer.

    update Antivirus then scan , if still wont work take back up and format HDD and reinstall OS

    your memory will never be infected. its your hard drive that will carry the viruses. if i ever get one, i dont even bother running any type of antivirus software. they always leave something behind. i just reformat the hard drive. erases everything. but be careful, back all the stuff you dont want to lose first
