Ive been having problems with my computer crashing and it comes up with a blue screen that says to do a memory check. Can somone please tell me how to do this because 2-3 times a day this will happen and it gets frustrating.

That is called the blue screen of death.
You are going to want to get cclean from and clear some of your registry.
The best I think is Registry Mechanic because it a lso defrags your memory but you have to pay for it unless you pick up torrenting
