How do i get pictures from Photobucket into my computer memory without them being stored as html?

I really need them as jpegs so i can put them on facebook and they will come up. Hope that makes sense?

    right click on the picture you want then click “save picture as” but this won’t always work on photobucket since some pictures are protected.
